Plus no consideration given whatsoever to travelers traveling with kids. We traveled with two young kids and expected to arrive early in the morning, one hour before they charge half day fee. And they told us we had to pay full day if we wanted to go into our room. And we were scheduled to say four nights. I am a member of Marriott Hilton and Hyatt, and these international chains would provide this type of service as complimentary and to become a good host."
