“Amazing hotel to view a close up of the pyramids. The hotel doesn’t have a bar and no were to buy alcoholic drinks in the area. The staff there are amazing. Sam, he was amazing. He has amazing customer service skills and really cares about the guest. If it wasn’t for him, we would have not survived. I trust him, and would return again. The food amazing. Restaurant is located in the roof. **Be advised, if you plan to get an UBER to the airport, UBER drivers will send you a message on the app and...

“We enjoyed the hotel a lot. The service was excellent, the food delicious and the rooms very nice. But it is very very loud in the rooms to the front. Due to the location nearby the Pyramids and the GEM we weren't bothered too much.”
