โDesk staff was SO friendly and helpful with suggestions on food, coffee, best travel routes in the area, etc. I felt recognized and welcomed as me, not just "another customer". โ
โWe had an Amazing stay. The location was perfect. The hotel was Very clean the Staff was pleasant, helpful and professional. We Really Loved our stay!!!โ
โIt was really awful experience. This hotel mustn't operate with this terrible room condition. When I opened the door to enter the room, I saw roaches. When I opened the fridge, I saw roaches. When I opened the restroom, I saw roaches. I wondered how come this hotel still operate. Hope to be improved.โ

โI was inconvenienced for one of the two days because there were no towels. I told them the delivery vehicle was late and asked them to press 0, but they said it wasn't their problem.โ
โIt was great accommodation. The only thing we didn't like was the pillow were not comfortable at all. Too soft and you head just sunk in. Other than that it was great.
Room smelled clean and everything was very nice. โ
