"The room was very clean and modern. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The laundry facilities were very useful but the dryers were exceedingly inefficient. I had a small load and after two hours and four trips to check, the load was still damp and I had to hang dry in our room"

"We liked the lobby area. Breakfast was good. The shower had an odd small glass partition that didn't stop the water spraying towards the toilet which was too close. Floor was always so wet after a shower. Beds could have had firmer mattresses for us."

"Loved everything about it - location, restaurant, clean etc but didn’t give it 5 stars because the bathroom sink was too small to wash your face without getting water all over the floor. The faucet extended right into the middle of the sink, maybe a bit past even."
