I rated the area around the property 4 stars only because of the construction in the area but the front desk staff personally helped us find parking in the area which was absolutely wonderful. Our meals at the restaurant were delicious and the restaurant staff made the experience memorable! I would stay here again & would recommend to family and friends."

"The staff were so friendly and helpful! The rooms we had were nice, clean and we enjoyed the spa which was also very clean. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was great food. Hotwl was walkable to many places including city center. Would/will stay here again!"

"Parking can be challenge. It’s on a gravel lot that you need to walk to from the hotel. Room is not huge but clean and upgraded. Breakfast is good, an excellent variety of selections. This was the first and last hotel we stayed in Iceland, we will definitely come back again! "
