“The pool, the buffet and the show and activities for kids are amazing!”

“The rooms were beautifully cleaned, plenty of clean towels. The staff went over and above to help. And fulfil your needs. Breakfast and dinner was truly enjoyable with every food you could possibly want, fresh and plentiful. The hotel was truly relaxing, with a beautifully calm and relaxing feel. ”

“Mittlerweile unser 16. Besuch in Folge seit 2010. Wir sind immer wieder sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel hat circa 80% Stammgäste. Wir treffen einen Großteil der Personen jedes Jahr wieder, was den gewissen Charme ausmacht (zweite Heimat). Das Hotel ist natürlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch immer gepflegt und regelmäßig modernisiert. Wir werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder kommen....”

“모두 다 좋았습니다. 조식 훌륭하고, 자연풀장 (Las Salinas)이 바로 밑에 있는데다 경관도 훌륭하고 발코니도 좋고 서비스도 무난합니다. 그러나 SPA 이용연령이 16세 이상이라는게 큰 아쉬움이었습니다. 홈페이지 등에 미리 안내가 되어 있지도 않았구요. 실내수영장이 있는 것도 아니고, 아이들이 수영하기에는 야외수영장이 물이 차갑습니다. 물을 데워주는 시설도 (있다고는 하지만) 작동하지 않는 것 같았습니다. 이런 사항들에 대해 문의하면 (돌아다니는) 직원들은 매우 불친절합니다. SPA reception의 직원은 친절했고, 아이들에게 쿠키와 사탕을 주며 달랬지만 아쉬운 마음이 남습니다.”
