“The photos are fake and the price is very high its just a 1 star hotel.”

“Very peaceful I will say rate it an excellent place for a solo traveler”

“I stayed in the hotel for 4 days and the hotel staff never came to offer wash rags or towels. I didn’t have any toilet tissue in the hotel, and it’s so many things wrong with the hotel. This hotel needs to be updated. They have exposed wires which isn’t kid friendly at all. Paint chipping from walls and wet paint and bubbling paint from water damage. The trash cans are absolutely disgusting inside the bedroom. The refrigerator needed to be clean as well. No one offering to come clean the...

“The accessibility of the property and the convenience of the neighborhood was very poor. There are no meal and laundry services neither. The room was in decent condition, but the staff's attitude and professionalism was very, very bad. In particular, the staff member named RIAZ was very offensive in his behavior at the reception, using national and racial slurs throughout the entire interaction. It is very questionable if this is the face of the hotel that welcomes guests. If I ever visit this...

“Fiyat performans olarak iyi”

“The hotel is modestly price and is excellent for an individual or family to stay depending on their needs while staying in Madinah. I have stayed here before and was under the impression that there shuttle services were still available. During my stay at Al Jawar Al Rahmah, I appreciated the kindness and hospitality of some of the hotel staff. However, prospective guests should be aware that the hotel's shuttle bus service to and from the Haram (Masjid an-Nabawi) is no longer operating. For...

“Falsche Adresse und das ist keine Hotel . Und teuer . Online Alles Info ist falsch. 12 km vor masjid”

“Confirmed reservation from Expedia was not received by hotel and they had no reservation even though made weeks ago. Hotel claims it was Expedia issue while Expedia did not do anything effective to help so overall terrible experience.”
