"You get partial view of the lake. The pool seem nice but I wasn't there to swim. Bed and sheets were comfortable. And hot shower was relaxing. It helps that there is live stream TV and microwave. My stay is Ok because I only use it to sleep. The room have a scent of cigarettes and not so fresh scent but I easily got accustomed to it. I am here for business so I am ok as long as I get restful sleep."

"The room and service was great. My only complaint is that is very difficult to unload and unload. Both myself and my 3vyear old grandaughter fell in rocks on sidewalks before we could make it to the room. There was nothing to load luggage on. We had 4 kids so it was multiple trips. It is difficult to get to rooms due to lots of steps, rocks and blocked areas close to water park. It was pouring when we left and we got soaked because of the distance to the room and inability to pull up closer to entrance. The rides back and forth to destinations on golf carts were amazing. The breakfast was excellent and so reasonable. The older lady who waited on us was the best waitress ever. She was so friendly and the kids loved her. Food at the LandShark was not good and overpriced for the quality. The Waterpark was nice though a $5 discount is not much if you are staying there. Great Wolf Waterpark is FREE if you are a guest. The kids enjoyed the pizzeria the arcade and bowling as well. Overall it was a good time once we got into the room."

"We had a terrible visit, I had never been so mad. We left a day early and asked for refund. Reason: NO HOT WATER. Refrigerator not working properly. Internet kept going out interrupting electronic use and the tv programs. Refrigerator stopped working after we got it cooling. Only had 2 towels 1 hand towel. No wash clothes and we were staying a couple nights. And the refrigerator was full of water. I had nothing to use to wipe it out. After dinner went to shower no hot water. Clerk came up ran water said he would call plumber and let us know. We were never contacted. Decided we would get some sleep figuring hot water would be working in the morning. NOPE! I called and the clerk said he knew nothing about it and will check and walked away. I didn’t know what that meant. I went to room to see if he went there after disappearing from desk. I stormed to registration. The clerk said we should have hot water soon he turned it on. ? What the heck did that mean? Why weren’t we contacted be night clerk AND why couldn’t he “turn it on”. The other problem I had was they gave no apology, no offering another room, and no we will credit you that night. Nothing!!! It was Expedia that got something done. We packed up and left. Expedia was able to get us a full refund. The pictures are not current pictures. Very run down. Room didn’t seem to be vacuumed and bathroom swept. I do not and will not recommend this place to stay."
