"Very nice property just a couple of blocks from the main pedestrian area. We stays in the apartment, which was spacious and well thought-out: there were plenty of spaces to put things down, towel bars/hooks (there are never any in most places!), conveniently located shelves, etc. - all of which are minor, but very welcome when one travels with a lot of stuff,

"This was a modern hotel and very clean. They had a great pool / sauna area. Unfortunately, the beds were too firm for us and no air conditioning in the room. This was the only hotel during our 2 week stay that charged for parking and breakfast, which was disappointing. Luckily we were there on a weekend and there was free parking on the street in front of the hotel. "

"Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony. When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher. The only positive thing about this was the checkin help on the phone number provided, the girl was very helpful. Even though I explained I have a disability...
