"Good location next to the Opera House parking garage where the hotel will get you a substantial discount on parking. It's also 5 minutes walk to the center of the city, and right across the street from Martin Auer, one of the well known bakers in Austria. The room was small, but comfortable and the pillows were perfect and didn't cause neck problems like other hotel pillows can. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is one of the hotels that is on our list to consider when we are in Graz again (which we visit several times each year)."

"The location is excellent, the building is interesting looking. The odd thing is that there is no staff at the building. You must register online BEFORE you arrive so they can send you a very important link that takes you to a webpage with buttons to toggle to get into the front door and to get into the room. They will also give you a code for the front door if you don't want to use the webpage. It was interesting seeing how the tech worked to get us into the building and into our room. The glitch for my wife is that she always runs a bit hot when sleeping and she likes a window open for fresh cool air. The windows in the building are too small to effectively perform that function, so she turned on the A/C, but air conditioning is never the same as fresh cool air from outside. The good thing about the building is that the A/C works well, which is vital in Graz during warmer months. Overall, it's a great place to stay and if you are there for business, the small kitchen with a small stove, oven, and dishwasher make it ideal. One final glitch, don't try to stream anything onto the TV, it simply does not work -- I'm an IT guy and I couldn't cast my programs onto the TV from my smartphone despite being able to connect it to the TV and control the volume from my iPhone. That's something the building owners do need to sort out!"

"A budget option in Graz, it does exactly what it says in the tin. It’s a budget Ibis, part of Mercure hotels, very good value, the rooms are comfortable, newly re burnished at least on floor 4, and everything works as it should. It’s very close to tram lines 3 and 5 for getting into the heart of the city but it’s only an 8-10 minute walk. The staff are very helpful and full of suggestions on where to eat etc. Breakfast was budget continental and the variety had enough to please everyone. Check in is from 3pm and check out noon and the staff will happily store your bags for you. Certainly more than acceptable if you want to save on room prices which can jump up significantly literally 5 minutes walk away."

Hôtel tranquille, lit confortable, grande douche, tout était très très bien. Stationnement sur le côté à 15€/jour. Tramway en face de l'hôtel à 1 min. et une épicerie BILLA à 5 min. Tout est très très près. Je recommande fortement le Daniel Hôtel Graz, vous ne le regretterez pas 😉."
