“Everything was great however the pool next door was not warm! ”

“Room was excellent, clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff was also excellent, always very friendly and knowledgeable (of the hotel and the local area). The elevators were a bit confusing. One goes to the parking garage and the other only goes to the first floor, where you have to exit the building and go into the garage. Signage for that should be more obvious. “Majority of your staff was over the top AMAZING! Your location is very nice, presents a great, fun, safe atmosphere! Easy to walk the area full of everything imaginable. Room was very spacious and clean. Only exception was the shower. Mold spots in the corner that was easily reachable to clean and glass had not been cleaned. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay. ”

“Extremely friendly greeting and very helpful. He opened the door so I could bring in my luggage cart. The hotel is new and in very good and clean shape. The rooms are very thought out and the bathroom is very nice. No noisy. or loud bathroom fan ! They are painting around the shower ( needs to be finished). Apparently they touch up painting every 6 months. It’s right next to the South Portland shopping mall. The only down side was the heater is very loud in room 204. touching up painting...

“The 2 young ladies at the desk were very helpful with checking me in and when i left and were very polite, rooms were spotless beds were comfy, breakfast was great loved trying out the waffle maker, there was ab accident with the coffee maker abd was continuing to boil all over the counter a couple times but the gentleman was able to get it under control in time before any other guests arrived.”
