“Booked an ocean view room. Got a room at the back overlooking a road. No allocated parking. No information when checking in about wifi password (it’s on the fridge which could have been relayed at check-in). Air con didn’t seem to cool the room. Steps from car park to lifts. No ramp for suitcases. No trolleys for assistance with multiple suitcases. No local information in the room. No phone to contact reception for queries. ”

“The atmosphere of the whole motel was so relaxing. Nice attention to detail in the rooms. Pristine clean and tidy. The location was incredible! We opted to stay here instead of in Rockhampton for the night and we’re so glad we did as it was so quiet and dark. Would definitely recommend staying here.”
