"the room was not cleaned and housekeeping turned up at 9:30pm the next day and then again another day we had to request housekeeping as they had not cleaned the room by 6pm. the location is excellent though."

"Location, stuffs, room space, breakfast are all great. The only issue I encounter was the closure of one of the amenities, but after I raised it Shirley and her team handled it very professionally and showed great care of guests. I would stay at this hotel again!"

"It was a very nice, clean property. Room was spotless and stayover service did an awesome job - making the beds and even setting up my children's pillows/"stuffies" nicely on the bed. I would rate it a 5 for service and based on what they have. I rated it an overall 4 because the indoor pool was quite small for the size of the property (about 300 rooms) and the demographic it serves (suites for families - though, I'm sure they get a lot of business travelers). The gym was pretty nice, but, again, it was on the smaller side considering the size of the property. This criticism is more for the basic build of the property which may have been out of the control of the ownership based on design and restrictions they faced with financial backing or the brand itself. I would stay again. It was a great location and an overall nice operation."
