"Both myself and my husband enjoyed our stay at Wyndham hotel in Niagara Falls. The staff were amazing, the hotel is so clean and the staff were very helpful. Our only complaint was the room that they put us in was room 232. Because of the air conditioning pipes and everything else to keep the rooms under care, was horrific. Unless the sun was shining, we had to keep the lights on all day. The only thing we could see outside the window were pipes, pipes, pipes. Both myself and my husband are senior people and we both wear glasses, we both were struggling trying to read papers during the day because of all the pipes hiding the daytime view. Both myself and my husband are not the type of people to complain but, we both feel that the hotel should have moved us to another room or should have given us back half the money that it cost us to pay for the room. We both have said that we shall recommend our family and our friends to stay at that hotel, but to ask them not to put them in a room that they put us in. Other than that, we both would like to thank Wyndham for their beautiful hotel, workers, and the clean rooms."

"I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—right next to the Hello Kitty Café and directly across from the Trump Hotel, which made for a beautiful view from my room. Everything was clean, comfortable, and overall a great experience. The only downside was that only one elevator was operating on the Club Level, which caused some delays during busier times. Aside from that, everything was wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again!"
