"Elevator floors were dirty and took forever to get anything brought to the room, bed was uncomfortable but that might be personal preference. Housekeeper knock every morning very early waking us up. The room was clean and the are qas closer and convenient for food and shopping near the river too"

"When I checked Anne and went into the restroom. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. And the outlet in the vanity area where the microwave and the mirror also did not work. The toilet kept running. The handle would not go up-and-down after you flushed the toilet. I immediately contact maintenance, and they fix the problem. I went out for a while, came back and the toilet still did not work correctly. Although it was stated that they fixed, it also the sliding door from the bathroom to the room was off of its hinge. And I asked the maintenance guide, since he was there. Could he repair that? And that was repaired, there were issues with the hotel that I should not have had to experience. When I arrived."
