"The staff was great. The room was very clean. The breakfast buffet was really good, just a little overpriced. The bathroom was really tiny, not what was pictured. There were no bathrobes, like it said for my room. I was a little disappointed, I expected more from Hyatt Regency. And there was no pool."

"As a first time guest at this hotel, in town for the Sublime concert that was held at their Theatre venue, our stay was amazing!! Great amenities like a pool, sauna and steam room, we enjoyed the casino and the racetrack activities. Breakfast was delicious and other food options were plentiful. My daughter and her friends had a great time at the concert. Very convenient for concert goers with food, parking and the venue on-site."

"Our view was perfect to see the falls. I brought my 15 year old granddaughter to Niagara Falls and we absolutely loved it. This hotel was amazing / I decided to spoil her with a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom hotel room. What a treat. Staff were amazing attending to our needs / doors being opened / holding elevators waiting for us: front dear staff very courteous and helpful / I can’t say enough. Stunning renovations are superb!!! Well done Hyatt Regency!!"
