"They have a little convenience store inside which had everything i needed ! People were nice. Breakfast in the morning was good! Overall a good stay and its location is awesome for the gta. It was only s 20 min drive to anywhere. For the price it was worrh it if you dont stay in a hotel for the whole day."

"For the price you definitely cannot beat this hotel. It’s in a great location and it offers an amazing view of Lake Michigan. We have stayed here several times. This time our room was quite spacious . The only drawback is there is little to no security. Anyone can walk in and take the elevator up to any floor. You really should have to swipe your room card to access the elevator. Other than that, a great place to stay and explore Chicago!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, I was a little disappointed with the room, especially since I paid extra for a Falls View. The view was not quite what I expected for the additional cost. The bathroom also needs to be updated, as it looks quite dated, and there was visible mold between the tiles. Overall, the friendly staff made a positive impression, but the room and bathroom could use some improvements."

"Overall it was a very good experience. The only thing I would comment is that the conditioner is empty when we arrived I called the lobby and left a message that I need conditioner the auto-robot operator said it will be sent to.our room but it never arrived."

"Beautiful hotel and very central to many downtown Toronto activities. I’ve stayed here a few times and the check in process is always very slow. I’m not sure why. The new elevator system is efficient but staff aren’t very good at explaining how it works so it took a moment to figure it out Our room was beside a room with a very unhappy baby and we were woken up many times throughout the night. I didn’t realize how thin the walls are until this stay. Just something to keep in mind."
