“Overall, we had a great stay. Beautiful home with wonderful views. The breakfast was okay.”

“Beautiful property. Delicious breakfast. Great hosts!”

“Excellent experience! The property was gorgeous and immaculate. Our room which was supposed to be the most haunted was so clean and beautiful. There was a restaurant and bar on site and it was so cozy and welcoming. The staff were all amazing and friendly. The night tour was so much fun and Great tour guide. Went to LA. For 5 days and this was definitely my favorite part of the vacation.”

“It is a beautiful place but if you want a healthy big breakfast then you should know that only have little boxes of cereal and old pastries. Their were also men cutting branches right outside of our room. The room was clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub didn't work. We still had a wonderful anniversary. The Castle restaurant serves really good food and live music was good. The staff were very hospitable and fun.”

“The staff was friendly and very helpful. The 2 breakfasts we had were excellent”

“After staying in a B & B in Lafayette, La recently I found it hard to give 4s. Areas that need improvement: welcoming management and host that sets the tone for a warm welcoming environment for guest to meet and converse. Update/improve decor and aesthetics in rooms and property. Serve fresh made food from scratch, no premade food. Dress code for staff. Improve food serving process.”

“Amazing stay!”

“Peaceful and quiet easy to find. Great views of Mississippi.. Lovely pool and lots of outdoor spaces to relax. Good room slept well nice compact bathroom. Didnt meet host. Average breakfast at Monmouth.which is a lovely stately home. Dont have the french toast basically fried bread with what didnt look like cream cheese in between and dusted with powdered sugar no fruit as you would usually have - wasnt good!”
