"This is a really lovely hotel in the heart of the Ropewalks district. The design and decor are great, the rooms are spacious and well-thought out and the bathrooms are pristine. I used the gym on the top floor and it is functional and clean with amazing views of the city. All the staff were excellent - friendly, warm, professional. The breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day - enough variety on the hot menu to keep me from getting bored! Loved the fresh juices and the variety of hot beverages too. Some more variety of fruit on the continental table would be appreciated but this is a very small critique. I had a fabulous week there and look forward to being back!"

"Nice and close to everything. Honestly, our room was really nice, with lots of extra space. The door to the shower wouldn't really close so there was some leakage when showering. There was an unexpected deposit and so I was just nervous we would get charged for this but they didn't. Felt nice and safe!"
