“Shampoo isn’t included, so if you are cool with using a bar of soap for shampoo, then by all means stay here 😂”

“Bedside table light is not working. Refrigerator is not working. ”

“We were unable to stay at the hotel. The man at the front desk informed us and two other groups of guests that we could not be accommodated because the computer system was down; he told us to leave and said the payments would be refunded. It was already 10 PM at the time. Reservations should not have been accepted under such circumstances. Although it was agreed that the payment would be refunded, the refund has not yet been processed. I request that this be handled as soon as possible.”

“The rooms were dusty and the towels were either dirty or stained.”
