โWe had to make more than 3 calls and spent 1h on the phone just to get someone to speak to us and only later to give us the key to apartment. We than waited another 10min for the landlord to turn up.
Beds in apartment were below standard and with horrible, bad quality mattresses. The daily rate charged was quite expensive given the poor quality of beds and matresses. That is not quality, but unacceptable state of affairs.

โLocation is easy to reach by either public transport (bus & DLR) and car. Parking is pricy(15 a day) but plenty of space in front of the door so easy accesโ
โI enjoyed staying at the Sunborn but it would of been nice if the staff took a bit of time explaining what is at the hotel (didnโt discovered the roof top view/could each) until I explored - would recommend the experience again - thank you โ
โAs a first time visitor to London, I found this to be a great start to my trip. Itโs very simple and user friendly experience. I enjoyed being able to pop down into the pub for a bev or even a pizza. Quite walkable as well, I took a lovely morning stroll with a chai and croissant from down the way! Definitely check this place out! โ
