"parking on site was offered as part of the deal but when we arrived the car park was full and we had to find another space away from the hotel. Our room was okay; a bit on the small size but for one night this didn't cause a problem. The staff were all, without exception, very keen to help and were all extremely polite and welcoming"

"Room was very small, even for a budget hotel (being in London it wasn’t a budget price!). Be wary of there are two adults staying in the room you’ll be constantly getting in each others way when getting ready in the morning. No hand towels policy is weird to me, it’s a basic requirement to have a towel to dry your hands! Table next to bed was broken, shower was certainly budget, very bad water power. But it was clean and staff were friendly and a good location to explore the area. "

"Hostels are very different from hotels apparently. Not only is nothing for drinks in the room, there is not even a glass for water. Dog barking hours into the night. Poor quality food with little vegetarian options. No room service."
