"Room is clean. It’s the bed, I think mattress needs changing in 1011. And the map of car park should more clearer. I know it’s easy to instruct and follow if you know the place but if you’re not know the place it’s hard. Or maybe they need to include the photo of car park gate."
"My stay was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean and lovely decor. Bed was so big and we had a lovely river view. Staff we're friendly and helpful, check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was nice, a good selection. The only negative is the parking is so expensive, £25 for 1 night!! We parked on the street outside as its free Saturday and Sunday's. I will admit, it put me off at 1st this place being named as an hostel but it is more like a hotel. All in all, a lovely stay. We will be back
he street outside as its f and S"
"Friendly staff, who care about your enjoyment. Lovely clean and quiet room, with Elemis products. The water facilities on the ground floor were a nice touch. Best of all...the smell! A gorgeous aroma as you enter the hotel, and through reception."
"
Sunborn London offers a truly distinctive experience as a luxury yacht hotel. The location is excellent, with stunning views over the Royal Victoria Dock and easy access to the DLR for getting around the city. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, giving a sense of elegance and comfort.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast was varied and tasty, though the dining area can get busy during peak times. had to line up for food that was at 8 am when they open for breakfast
One small drawback was that some areas of the ship could use a little refresh, but overall, the ambience and uniqueness more than make up for it.
If you’re looking for something different from a standard hotel, Sunborn London is a great choice. I’d happily return."
