“Staff was friendly and nice. Food was disgusting, it was the same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They ran out of food daily. It takes forever for staff to bring drinks. ALL pool bars are out of order. You have to come out of pool to order drinks. There is an abundance of MOSQUITOES and FLIES, pack tons of bug spray. The rooms are extremely clean however the entry door to my room is broken, we had to place a towel at bottom of door so buys would not come inside room. We also had...

“We had a very brief stay at True Blue, but it was nothing short of fantastic. The staff members were all lovely, accommodating and welcoming! The property itself was beautiful- well maintained and our room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. There was a wedding occurring when we were there and everyone looked like they were having a blast with a beautiful backdrop. Sky at the main bar was very friendly and made great recommendations.”
