And of course the kitties were an added bonus. We enjoyed seeing them and petting them on our way in and out each day. The staff was so friendly and welcoming too. Would definitely love to stay here again.”

“Front desk staff are amazing!!! Rooms are comfortable and clean. Great location, easy walk thru the FQ, to Frenchmen or the river. Paid for parking; the lot was just across and down the street a bit but reasonably priced considering parking in the FQ, and downtown NOLA in general, is outrageous. Will always stay here if rooms are available!! 20/10 stars!!”

“The ONE11 I consider boutique hotel unique, cozy, has a story and Excellent Location and service. Continental breakfast included was great and all the bottle water you need. Privacy, you decide if and when was room serviced. Excellent Location two blocks to the French, and behind our Hotel you can walk to the Riverwalk, take the St Charles Streetcar, Red Bus, take the Natchez Steamboat, visit Vue New Orleans, and Cesar Casinos. “The room was fine****. Ac was cold, almost too cold but thats the best. They had fresh, cold water in the lobby and coffee in the morning to refresh yourself. The staff was kind and welcoming even with all my questions. Just be careful of the elevator, it has a mind of its own. Thank you for the lovely stay.”
