“When I checked out of the Hilton inn New Orleans, the staff charged me $302.08 to the wrong room number.
I didn’t use anything in this hotel.
It’s not professional not to check correctly the room number so cancel this charge.
I received a paper receipt with the guest folio from the hotel front.
Upon review, I confirmed that that charge(302.08 )was incorrect.
I ask to cancel the card approval immediately with Hilton Inn New Orleans.
I send it this message in hotels.com on direct message
