"When we arrived the room was clean, however the cleaning staff did not clean our room again until the day before we left. That was 4 days of dirty sheets and dirty floor. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. The shower as you leave the beach didn’t work and the shower at poolside was broken. This meant many guests were cleaning the sand off in the pool. There was a good inch of sand at the bottom of the pool."

"There was a strong smell in the hallway close by the elevator on the 15th floor. A microwave in the room would be a nice upgrade. A couple of the rides were down but Guest was expected to pay full price for a wrist band. Daughter is only 6 years old therefore there were not many rides for her to ride. Small children should not be expected to pay same rate as older kids. Staff is friendly and inside room was clean. The towels were restocked daily."

"This hotel was designed to be different. Not necessarily comfortable,but functional. You pay for breakfast and parking.The Ramad accross the street ...both are included with the room. The rooms are functional. They are stark,but not comfortable. Would stay here again,but it definitely would not be my first choice."

"The staff was very nice and gave good recommendations. Very close to the beach and pool was nice. You can’t go wrong for the price being this close to the beach and a good restaurant across the street. Would recommend very nice for the price and location."

"The options in then menu can be improved, there is only fast food. Also the bathrooms need to be checked, the small was strong. The pool area is too small in comparison with the amount of people. The service of the staff are great"

"The location is perfect. It's located on a beautiful section of the beach, close proximity to a diner and stores. Good parking options. Hotel is not worth the money. Set up of hotel is nice but it lacks in a few areas; definitely needs a coat of paint. We checked in and did not have towels in our room. Housekeeping had me go downstairs for them instead of getting them for me-she was cleaning the room right next door. I went downstairs but they had no towels available. We didn't get any until 9:00p.m that night. The next day, the cleaning person cleaned our room and took the towels we had hung up, that we got at 9pm the night before! Once again, I had a frustrating conversation with the front desk where I asked them to go find me towels because I'd just gotten back from an hour power walk on the beach and I'd like a shower! That took a WHILE but we got towels. We informed the front desk, within an hour of us checking in, that the person next to us was smoking Marijuana on the balcony. They did nothing after I asked security to go to the room, only said I won't be held responsible for the smell in my room. I booked this hotel for the balcony beach view! The pool area had no towels for the 4 days we were there. The stand was there, not the towels. Poolside- The cleaning people left the same garbage behind the chairs, on the ground-right side of deck area, for 3 days, only fixed the pillows on chairs. Same with garbage by elevators. We will not stay here again. Lazy staff!"
