"First- We arrived to be told there was no elevator to our building, that info was no where to be found on the website. I have a 2 year old and a huge beach wagon I would definitely never book somewhere with no elevator. The front desk staff were insanely rude. I was more than willing to pay to upgrade our room- which we did end up doing. She made it seem like I was trying to get a free upgrade. When asked where was our new room- she points to the wall and says “back there”..??? No help at all. The breakfast staff were not nice either. The staff in general are absolutely no help and not nice at all. Will not be staying again."
