"When we arrived at the hotel-initial impressions were mixed. But, staff were very efficient and helpful. Our room was spacious with a view of the gardens. The shower was over the bath which is a negative for us but we were advised that a renewal project is in place to provide walk in showers. Both the cafe and the restaurant food were good. The pool and jacuzzi were out of service during our stay which was disappointing. Overall we would go back. Should also mention the stunning water feature outside."

"Lots of weddings so can hear the disco till late at night . Might be good to move non wedding guests to quieter rooms . Breakfast needs improvement. But overall . Nice staff , clean hotel . Good value ."

"Good services stop and had a co op shop there,mcdonalds all the places you need really. We took our dog and the hotel was very welcoming, there is a little woodland behind the hotel for dog walks."
