“Had a one night stay as a solo traveller whilst coming to watch the British Touring Cars at Snetterton - spacious room and despite the hot weather spell we had due to the positioning of the room was very cool and got a great nights sleep! Great for stargazing as once the lights are out the village is pitch black! Can't comment on the breakfast as I was up too early to get to the track but would fully recommend if you want a relaxing stay away the the hustle and bustle.”

“We were warmly welcomed, and even though we had arrived just as they were preparing to close the restaurant, they kept a table for us, and as it happens, some other latecomers. The food was freshly prepared, and worth the wait. In the morning the courtesy continued, attentive without being overbearing. Setting was good too. Highly recommended.”

“What's not to like? Fabulous place, great family atmosphere about the place. Great food, good beer, nice room, dog friendly, Limited parking, but right in the middle of town in the middle of Norfolk. Sensible location for anyone working in the area, close to the A11. Good dog walking from the pub. Daniel and his team (overseen by Mum) are very welcoming, as is the pub - it'll wrap it's warm and welcoming arms around you - here you can relax and feel at home and really look forward to returning...

“Things were not great during my stay. The food was awful, and breakfast was particularly disappointing. My room was not clean, and the bed was uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no staff available at checkout. On top of that, the invoice I was given was incorrect and did not reflect the amount that had already been paid through Expedia. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I expected a much higher standard of service and accommodation.”

“I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife. The room was very clean, the garden is well kept and a beautiful place for food and drinks and relaxing in the Norfolk countryside. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked with coffee and fresh orange juice. The wifi was poor and only really worked by reception which was frustrating as there’s also very little phone signal at the location. Plenty of parking”

“What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all...

“This is our 2nd stay in this hotel, and once again, it was perfect for us! There has been a change in management since we were last here, and the current manager & partner were busy decorating the rooms. They have a lot to do, but are clearly working hard on it. They are friendly and welcoming. The chef there is fantastic! He is gradually changing the menu, but all the food we had was superb!
