We loved the morning market breakfast arranged by the hotel. Surprised initially that the hotel doesn't offer buffet breakie like the others, but pleasantly surprised by the quality and the choices of assigned morning market vendors. The quality of our breakfast was excellent and fresh.

I had a trip delayed and needed to shorten my stay for 1 night to arrive a day later and instead of letting me do this they wanted to cancel my entire stay vs letting me check in later? What kind of stupid policy os that? Why not rent the room for a night and let me eat the cost for the night vs 5 nights? Not very hospitable and not a great way to start a stay. Ended up having to drive through the night to make it by midnight from Sapporo and ruining the night w a 5 hour drive. Really bad hospitality and awful policy.
