"The cabin was warm and cozy and our entire family of 7 had a wonderful time sleeping in the cabin. The location is on the mid-hill of Hanlla Mountain and to get to the nearest convenience store is about 4kms away. We had a rental car to get around, so it was manageable. The owner was very friendly and waited for us although we arrived later than the check-in time. Overall it was a great stay and the kids kept saying they would be coming back to visit again."

This is my fifth visit to Jeju but the first time I enjoyed myself with my family here. The manager was very cooperative and kind. I will highly recommend especially if someone is with family. "We stayed at Jeju Igloo for 3 nights, the hosts were absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough to help us. When we arrived, they gave us some cold homemade rice drink and showed us the igloo. "I came to ride my bike around the island. I got off ferry and be rode to hotel. Super easy to find and get to. I also needed to go to bike store which was about 4 miles away. Room is clean and comfortable. No bed bugs. I had ocean view room which is worth the extra charge I think. They were kind enough to let me check in one hour early (at 2 pm). They stored my bike for me close to front entrance which is very convenient. Zero issues. No bed bugs. Average food in restaurant. I felt the salmon sashimi was very good. Also the draft beer is good as well as mango ice cream. "
