“The hot tub didn’t completely plug, it had a slow leak and would stay full unless we continuously added water. There were cigarette burn holes in the curtain, bathroom sink had cigarette burn marks as well. The internet was a choppy signal hit or miss at best. There were cracked and damaged pictures on the walls. The were annoyed that we requested extra towels (keep in mind that we stayed 3 nights). “We walked into the room and discovered one of our water bottles was half empty and had been opened. The nice front desk attendant did replace it for us. The shower curtain was too short for the tub and allowed water to spill onto the floor. ”

“I book a room based on a heated indoor pool. And though this establishment did in fact have a beautiful indoor pool. The pool itself was not heated. The room surrounding the pool was heated but not the pool water itself. Actually it was pretty chilly. The room was clean enough but the bed was very uncomfortable. “처음 배정받은 숙소 도어락 고장으로 다른 방으로 변경하였고 두번째날 저녁에 화재경보기 알람이 울려 호텔 밖으로 20~30여분간 대피한 이벤트가 있었습니다. 이외에는 무료주차에 조식도 무료 제공인 점이 매우 마음에 들었고 침대 매트리스도 매우 축신하여 꿀잠 잘 수 있었습니다. 또한 애완동물 친화적 호텔로서 애완견을 동반하는 입장에서 큰 불편함 없이 잘 지낼 수 있었습니다.”

“Such a lovely Inn! The colonial and antique furniture throughout is just beautiful. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Electric fireplace in my room was a nice touch and I always love towels warmers! I stayed downstairs , directly under the pub, so it was a bit noisy. I’d definitely suggest a different room for quieter sleep. Also, no elevator , so if you stay downstairs be light in the luggage . The bed WAS like a cloud , though :) ! “Disappointed on how the hotel staff handled the situation I brought up to them regarding being intentionally snowed in around my car by the plow truck driver - not once but twice during the same one night stay. Gave them multiple opportunities to make it right. Simply received a polite response with no solution. won’t be staying there again due to this lack of customer satisfaction. ”
