“spacey room and convenient location”

“I was so pleased with the Hilton Garden Inn for 4 days. All hotel employees were kind and eager to help their guests.”

“Clean, friendly staff, and located close to Dartmouth campus.”

“This hotel is fantastic. Actually, my wife used this hotel several times to visit my son in Darmouth. She said every time when she stayed in this hotel the people working in this hotel are very kind and gentle. And new interiors are renewed, so hotel room is very clean and nice. Most of all, at the last day she have to go to Dartmouth coach station at the last day, the hotel step drive stop on the bus station with out any reward. Very thank you about your kind. “Bath shower very good as well as quality of the towels. Comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioner very loud and initial difficult to get a consistent comfortable temp in room. No elevator which makes for not the best schlepping suitcase up the stairs for older customers. Room feels more spartan than perhaps it should because it is overly large. Much larger than it needs to be to feel more comfortable. Desk space is adequate and the closet is larger and more enclosed than in most hotels”

“I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The air conditioner was full of dust, and the carpet smelled so bad that it gave me a headache. The bed felt damp and uncomfortable. The only good thing was the staff — they were kind and tried to help. But overall, I do not recommend this place. ”

“Beware that check in is at 3 pm and the office closes at 5pm during some times of the year. The room was nice, quaint but on the 4th floor and we were unaware of a flight of stairs we needed to go up. The TV wouldn't turn on so we spent a bit working on that. Breakfast was a delight and the service was excellent.”
