“This hotel does not have an elevator and has two levels. I had luggage and had to schlepp my luggage up and down. The front office male would not assist. Also their front reception lady was confused on how to check out and had to call her husband and asked me to return which I refused as I had to catch a flight. The "resteraunt" is not really a cafe. “Hotel house keeping did not clean our room. When we told other workers that the house keeping did not clean our room,they said it they don't know and didn't clean our room. Also the room next to ours was so loud singing, talking loudly all night and the room service could not do things to stop their noise. Finally, when we are cheking out they charged more money then it was supposed to.”

The breakfast was limited and it was make your own type of choices such as bagels, slices of three kinds of bread, and English muffins. “I was thrilled with the location. Very short walk into town, and had plenty of parking. Checking in was a breeze by just using codes to the doors. My first impression walking into the building was that it smelled VERY clean. My room was spotless, bright and charming. I stayed in Room #8, and it was the perfect size for a single or a couple. The ONLY thing I wish it had was a blow dryer, but that is a VERY minor mark. 5 stars all around, and will stay here again!”

There were multiple spots of Black Mold on the bathroom ceiling and cockroaches running around in the bathroom. There was one stained and worn chair in the room and two damaged lamps.
