“Lovely friendly pub with fabulous breakfast”

“The only problem was that my wife and I are in our Seventies year young, and during the cold spell early March, the room heater did not come on until 18.00pm. We were cold . We did not complain to reception because we know that the heating was timed set to come on.”

“Great breakfast, fresh with lovely pastries plenty of juices and fresh fruit”

“Internet was good, lived the smart tv access, aircon didn't work but wasn't a major issue, there is a huge shell petrol station that has a waitrose inside, also a subway and a coffee shop on the same complex, overall hotel is decent and fit for purpose it's modern and clean, if you want luxury go else where, if you just want a cheap clean no frill stay this is the place I'd give it a solid 7.5 out of 10. ”

“Easy to find, very clean and staff happy to help even after a late arrival ”

“There is a large car park but it can get busy at peak times. Register your car at the bar. Our fourth visit in the last year. We like it. Staff, food, atmosphere and location. There are a few maintenance issues that could be addressed, e.g. dripping taps, shower door off runners and touch up of decor in places. We expect to return.”

“Nice continental breakfast, easy check in, clean room, comfortable bed, centrally located, easy walk from EMR.”

“Breakfast was not good. Only 2 pieces of bacon left and 1 hash brown. Also was never told they charge you an extra £20 for checking in before 3pm. Luckily the receptionist did have a room ready so gave it to me without charging. This is something to look out for.”

“Rooms are clean & comfortable, staff friendly & the food is very good. I’ve stayed here a few time but this was my first time with a room on the main road side & cars passing is continuous so I’m glad I had ear plugs, it’s something I’ve never heard on the back of the hotel”
