“Staff were all nice and well trained. I booked a stay for a solo business trip. I got a letter through my door advising I must leave by 10am and if I wanted to stay inside the hotel it would cost me an extra £70? ... just felt like I could not stay and do work on my laptop as I usually would - I would not stay again for a business trip as made things difficult for me.”

“Convenient hotel for Loughborough. Right off the M1. Good gym but we didn’t have time to use. Breakfast not bad. Parking spaces were a bit tight. Overall 8.8/10”

“We’ve stayed here several times, and will be returning again next year. The accommodation is great, the staff are very helpful and pleasant, plus the food is good. Ticks all the boxes for us 😊”

“Stay was okay, however I was overcharged than what was on my receipt. Raised it with the reception, and it was dealt with over a week later”
