“A 280 year old home in the midst of a teeming Jaipur bazaar. Open courtyard with rooms on all four sides - 4 floors. Decor wonderful - breakfast offerings unique to India lots of choices- eggs - no meat. The only hitch is you can’t be dropped off at the hotel - you call they send a rickshaw to a designated landmark. Don’t worry it works. Be prepared though for authentic bazaar colony/neighborhood With cows and monkeys.”

“The hotel is in pathetic condition. They dont care about the experience at all. Our rooms were not cleaned before we checked in. Washroom had a burnt cigarette on the floor. Bedsheet was torn. Lamp was broken. The tv was not working. This is when we paid the price of a good hotel. The only reason its alive is because its in the middle of the market. But for what they charge and the service they provide its not worth it. Better to look for some other hotel and visit the market. ”

“I stayed at this lovely hotel in late March 2026 for two days as a single female traveler and I felt safe, secure, happy, I rested very well. This hotel is walking distance to everything I wanted to see, and they make some yummy samosas for breakfast! Thanks for the memories Heart of the City by Rashmi! <3 ”

“Staff behaviour was very good. Room was nice but can be more cleaner , Small cozy jaipuri style colourful rooms. Location was bestest, hawa mahal was just 300,350 metres . Hence, very good location and hotel at a very affordable price .”

“Beautiful hotel! Staff were amazing! Tannu, waiters, waitresses all top notch. Had bought an outfit and needed minor alteration, done in half hour. Wanted best paan, not only got the best recommendation, they sent a driver at a nominal charge and got the paans delivered to our room in 30 minutes. Royal palace like hotel and were treated like royalty”

“The Rambagh Palace is absolutely stunning. Staff were attentive and overall service excellent.”

“Property was good. Shower was cold, and we had no towels or toilet paper. Rooftop cafe was good with limited menu options and a bit pricier. Area is terrible with a lot of harassment.”
