"This isn't an elegant hotel, but we thought it was very good for the money we paid. It's located between 2 parks (1 right next door, the other about 1/2 mile in the other direction. "

"The staff (Val) were excellent! The kitchen staff (chef, mixologist) and the 7-course meal were also amazing. The rooms, grounds and general locale was stunning. My only complaint is that the rooms are not adequately sound proofed. I could hear the TV from next door or the room above which affected my sleep."

"Fully equiped kitchen, clean & good sized. Hamoock on the balcony was great to enjoy the sounds of the frogs & waves crashing in the distance. Great spot for my needs. Easy acess to the National Park without dealing with city traffic."

It did get a bit noisy at times with the close proximity to downtown, but the mynas were the loudest things around. Contactless checkin was smooth and easy. Unfortunately we did not get to eat at Paul's, but it looked delicious. Maybe next time. "
