"First, the place looks nothing like the pics. It is very run down, not very clean and the rooms are very small. Rooms: very dirty carpet, no closet or dresser to put clothes away, old chipped paint. Bathroom was clean as was the bedding. Breakfast? Instant oatmeal, cold cereal, there was a waffle maker and mix, and coffee. The grounds have trash everywhere, weeds, not kept up at all. One table in the courtyard if you want to sit outside and have coffee or smoke. Our friends couldn't even get a key card because there was no one there that knew how to do it. There was no bar, but I think one is opening soon. I don't know if these are new owners that inherited this mess or if they have let it go, but $100 a night was way way too much."
