Great place! Smooth check-in. Loved the extra touches and information in the unit about the hotel and the area. The place was clean and comfortable and within walking distance of all the sites in the area. Check-out was smooth and our host was very communicative during our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We were in the "Elizabeth" room and it was so beautiful. High ceilings with large windows into the courtyard, and lots of old style charm we thoroughly enjoyed (a real novelty for north americans). The location is fantastic being close to the Altstadt (old town) and walking distance to Schloss Heidelberg. There didn't appear to be staff or reception of any kind on site, but to be honest, we didn't need them. The communication was proactive and very timely, and the instructions provided were simple and straightforward. We had no issues securing a parking spot in their parking area or getting into the building and our room. Would highly recommend this property if you are looking to stay in Heidelberg and explore altstadt by foot, or the city in general.

Das Apartment ist sauber, zentral gelegen. Die Altstadt ist schnell zu erreichen. Parkplätze vorm Haus. Die Küchenzeile im Apartment ist etwas abgewohnt, aber gut nutzbar.

Sehr schönes Aparthotel direkt auf dem Campus der Universität Heidelberg und ganz in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone und der Altstadt. Auch der Neckar ist für Spaziergänge gut erreichbar. Tee, Kaffee und Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind sehr kunstvoll eingerichtet und fühlen sich wie zu Hause. Wir haben im Voraus einen Parkplatz reserviert und es war einfach zu parken. Das Parken war auch nicht zu teuer. Danke!

Geweldig pand en prachtig appartement, vlakbij oude centrum. Communicatie gaat via mail en verliep vlekkeloos. Mochten eigen parkeerplaatsen al vol zijn, dan is P14 er gelijk naast. Eigenaar waarschuwde voor hangjongeren, deze waren er ook zeker, maar er weinig last van gehad. Uiteindelijk hoor je in een stad altijd wel wat omgevingsgeluiden.

Difficult communications with property manager. They wanted our credit card information for a deposit and cleaning. Relaying that information was a hassle while traveling. Parking communication was challenging. We could have transacted the paring and cleaning fees prior to the trip.

Wonderful place, but... be careful :)

The location is perfect in the center and the house is very nice, clean and well equipped. A very nice place to stay, I suggest you to consider this place for your trip. The only thing it was not so much clear was the exyra costs for cleaning and they are really high for 2 day staying. It was also not clear why they try to charge dpuble the price for the pet and I was in need to argue about it. Not so nice that they lock your access with code (no keys here) before the expected leave time which is not the same promoted in this site (not 11am but 10am). I was blocked out of the apartment at 9:30am Luckily, my family was in and so I can access the apartment for getting my things out. Be careful if you are alone.

Absolutely loved it! We already rebooked and will be going back on our trip next week to Heidelberg. It was the perfect location to just settle in. The apartment had everything including huge windows and fans to help beat the heat. And the beds were very comfortable. The location is prime, right down the street from the major shopping street and quite a few restaurants.

Wonderful location, 5 minute walk to Hauptstraße, close to trams and buses in Bismarkplatz. Property was very quiet. Note there is no lift so if you are staying in apartments on 3rd floor (as we were) you will need to be prepared to carry luggage! Overall we would recommend.

Not what I expected

I emailed 4 times asking for some help and guidance during my stay but received nothing. The only reply I ever got was my invoice. There’s no internet which it states there is and they slap on a €60 cleaning charge which is outrageous based on a 2 night stay. Although they did point this out before I booked but within the guest book cleaning rates state €35. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Great appartment in the center of town

We stayed in Heildeberg for 2 nights. Everything we wanted to see was at walking distance. Being a family with small children we chose this apt. and were very happy with it! It is cozy, clean and really makes you feel at home away from home. Everything was easy and fast - reservation, check in and out - the staff was always available by e-mail/phone to help and answer any questions. We highly recommend Luise5!!!
