"This was probably a one-off situation that could have been avoided with proper advance notice. In the week leading up to our arrival, we received three notifications asking us to check in and pay for our stay—this was confusing, as I had already paid. Once I replied stating that I would settle any remaining balance at check-in, the notifications stopped.
Upon arrival, it was clear the hotel was preparing to host a wedding. As a result, the restaurant—highly rated and one we had been looking...

"Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys. "

Nous étions les seuls hôtes lors de notre passage et nous avons partagé le dîner avec lui: amuses bouches au coeur de palmier et beurre de cacahuète accompagné de rhum arrangé, gratin de chouchou, poulet massale, riz, crevettes, gâteau au maïs... tout était copieux et succulent. J'ai été très bien reçu par Anita et Sylvain, qui se sont montrés arrangeants, sympathiques et agréables. Un grand merci pour votre accueil. Les lieux sont tops, les chambres propres et bien équipés, la piscine est un vrai plaisir et le secteur où se situe la villa est vraiment calme, avec une superbe vue. Je recommande fortement. Les chambres sont propres et confortables.
L'espace piscine est très agréable.
Gros coup de coeur pour la vue depuis la terrasse qui offre un merveilleux couché de soleil et qui permet de voir à la fois l'océan et le piton des neiges 👌.
