"Our room came with only 1 towel - no hand or face towels, and when we asked for more from the front desk they were all being washed. They said they would bring more towels while we were gone for the day, but never did. The front desk was understaffed/they had a scheduling conflict during the night, so when we got back at 11pm they were closed and we couldn’t get more towels. I had to use the bed sheet to dry myself. When you check in, ask for more towels, pillows and sheets. Other than that, the room and property were clean and the price for 2 nights was really good compared to the other hotels around!"

"I’ve been staying here occasionally for the past 25 years. Unfortunately, it’s just too tired and run down to keep coming back. It’s very inexpensive, so if you just need a place to sleep for a flight, it’s borderline ok. "

The place is in ideal location where you can access Clovis Fresno State Save Mart Center Riverpark and easy access to Shaver Lake and the airport Many restaurants even walkable with a new leisure center with Movies outside eating and craft beers plus my fave Starbucks The breakfast was delicious staff was friendly esp like Anna Marie beds were beyond comfortable with good WiFi The room was a suite two queen beds with L shape couch fridge silverware and a kitchen island It was ideal and super comfortable"

"We were only there for a wedding in the area but we very much enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to visit the casino as we were busy with the wedding but we very much enjoyed our stay. The only downside would be that there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room for our personal use. There was only a refrigerator stocked with items for purchase. Overall, would definitely stay again."

"Key cards to the room didn’t work so at 11PM when we returned we had to go to the front desk to get new keys."

"Room was loud due the their AC units being outside the window. The safe didn’t work, there was no soap or shampoo. They charged a bar bill when I did not use their bar. Worst stay by far"
