"We stayed in the loft room, which was clean and comfortable, but it felt quite cramped for 4 adults. The double bed was decent, though the room would have been much better with a bit more space. We spent a couple of minutes looking for the hotel when it is actually right in front of us because the hotel name at the carpark entrance was not very noticeable since we arrived at almost midnight. One of the best parts of the stay was the convenience — the hotel has a convenience store, self-service laundry facilities, and free parking, which made things very easy for guests. However, one thing we really disliked was the mini “zoo” on the 20th floor. The sheep were kept in an extremely small enclosure that seemed more suitable for much smaller animals, like rabbits. It was quite upsetting to see and took away from the overall experience."

"Air conditioning wasn’t working or not turned on and it is May. I want to sleep comfortably but can’t because it was 28 in the room. You can’t open the windows because of the noise outside. The location is awesome but who cares if you are too tired to enjoy the area. "

"There wasn’t much amenities provided, there was even no hand soap in the washroom. It was also 2000¥ for a shower kit and there was a spider web in our room. The decor seems outdated but the front desk staff was helpful for giving me change for laundry. Laundry was in a bit of a dodgy space in basement where parking is. Ok for a quick stay but would see what other options there are."
