"The guest experience from start to finish was amazing. The front staff is very English friendly and the service is impeccable. We are a family of 4 with children ages 8 and 11. We were provided a room with 2 double beds that were very cozy and comfortable. The room was classy and clean. There is an amazing view of the airport, especially at night when it is lit up. Despite the proximity, I did not hear the planes from my room. The accessibility to the mall and to GIMPO airport was the reason for our stay here as we had a 645am domestic flight. It was worth it!"

"Amazing room! Got the suite with the sauna and big tub. Everything was delightful. I stayhed for 2 nights and there was no cleaning service though. Very close to the subway and in a good distance away from the hanok village."
