“We stayed for three nights on a getaway to the biltmore and the national park. We wanted a reasonably priced hotel that didn’t have the ick factor. You know, where you feel gross just staying there. That’s becoming harder and harder to find, but this place did a great job. Our room was clean and serviced daily, and everything functioned as needed. And the breakfast was pretty decent compared to many of the free breakfast areas. I’d definitely stay here again. ”

“Peaceful, tranquil, they have a small library which is a huge plus to me. I would definitely go again. Loved the waterfall, pool was clean and accessible. Fresh coffee on the front porch to set out and enjoy the setting was a major plus for us and let’s not forget the bears! Super enjoyable”

“The thing that stood up most was the friendly staff They exceeded all expectations. Arranged for a shuttle to the airport, long-term parking in their lot, and a shuttle pick up late at night. All for no charge on shuttle and minor charge for parking. Room was large and comfortable, TVs were sensational. Will be back. Recommend highly for you readers.”

“Our room was great. Shower was great. My only negative was the coffee creamer in my room was spoiled and chunky. The refrigerator occasionally made noise but it wasn't awful. The staff was great.”

“Great staff. Decent breakfast. Very close to the Biltmore. Make sure you get a room on the backside of hotel as road noise on the front is pretty bad.”

“It was only an overnight stay, and the room was a bit spartan. However, it was quite clean and everything worked well. One a very minor problem, as noted by others, is that the toilet required a long flush or multiple flushes. My problem is that I forgot to ask for additional towels. I checked in at night and by the time I noticed that I need extra towels, I didn't think anyone would be around who could fulfill that request.”
