"We stayed for five nights, initially booking a Classic Queen room. While well-presented, it felt quite compact, so we spoke with the staff and were able to upgrade for a reasonable fee, which made a noticeable difference to our stay. The location is excellent—very close to both subway and train lines, making it easy to get around and explore other areas. Housekeeping could be more consistent. On one occasion, the body wash wasn’t replaced, though it was delivered within a minute after calling reception. The floors also didn’t always appear to be properly cleaned, which is an area that could be improved. The room was well-equipped with dressing gowns, pyjamas and slippers. Items such as an iron weren’t provided in-room but were brought up quickly when requested. What truly stood out was the reception team. They were exceptional throughout—welcoming, efficient and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to see service at this level done so consistently well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others."

"Good location but air conditioner was awful. It was in heating mode and we had to call three times to reception for them to correct it. We even had to go personally and ask them to come up to the room."
