This hotel has been newly renovated. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly offered a complementary breakfast in the morning. When we arrived, we couldn’t use the pool because they were cleaning the leaves out of it, which really upset my kids who were dying to jump in to the water that I had been talking up for the last three hours of our drive. They were also still doing maintenance on several areas of the hotel. The only elevators we could access were at the very back of the hotel. It was one elevator and staff utilize this elevator as well as guests. We ended up having to utilize the stairs most of the time and our room was on the fourth floor. Going down the stairs, wasn’t a problem, but going up the stairs with items proved to be challenging for my Littles. The room was nice and the air-conditioning was cold. They did a phenomenal job renovating the bathrooms.
The price was unbeatable and the amenities around the hotel make it a wonderful spot that centrally located to so many different options. Despite not being able to access the pool, the day that we arrived, we were given the option to utilize the pool on the day we were checking out. They even let us stay past our checkout time to enjoy the pool.
The pool is wonderful, but it could use a good shocking. Though the water seemed clear, it was very cloudy. My kids thankfully brought goggles with them, but the chlorine was on another level."
