“The ataff were are all amazing - from check-in to the dining, they were all professional and kind. The bed was very comfortable and our room had all of the necessities and great AC! Where this hotel has challenges is in its cleanliness. Our bathroom was not properly stocked and the toilet had not been cleaned (no descriptions should be necessary) and the tables in the dining areas need to be wiped down and cleared more frequently. “Super late check in. Front desk made it seamless, I was exhausted. Got up and had a super breakfast buffet. Everyone was friendly and very helpful, after a long day of flights, lost baggage, and transport issues, they were a definite highlight and saving grace. Thank you!”
