“The concept of southern hospitality doesn’t exist at this Inn. We expected a charming, welcoming and cozy stay. We received a rude staff - unfriendly greeting, and certainly nothing cozy. “The location of the property was good. Short walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to restaurants. Carpets were dirty. Room was small with a double bed that had a very soft mattress. I sank in at least 8 inches and had to sleep on the floor. The shower was very tiny. Multiple porches to sit on but no ocean view. “another morning we asked for towels when we went out for the day and was told the room was full service so they would be replaced, when we returned in the late afternoon no towels so we asked again and they brought towels. the next morning I told the desk clerk that the room hasn't been cleaned since we arrived, that day it was cleaned but no toilet paper or washcloths. “The room was great, bathroom is on the small side, but expected in a place like that. Breakfast was great and check in/check out was a breeze. The only complaint was that the TV couldn't connect to anything. Don't know if it was my inexperience with that type of tv/internet/provider or what, but i found a way around it. Overall, great experience.”
