“Una total decepción con eurostars cayacoa. Y un robo tanto por expidia,como por el propio hotel. Ambos promulgan que el hotel fue renovado en noviembre pasado y todo es un desastre. De las dos piscinas, una estaba cerrada al igual que parte de el hotel. Los bares un completo desastre.aunque promocionan que es todo incluido, no es así. Solo tenían un tipo de brugal,un wisky(dewar's)y la gran parte de el tiempo no lo tenían. Tequila, absolutamente nada,trataron de pasar un aguardiente qué tenían...

“This is our fourth time in the hotel; the staff service is still at the same outstanding standard, but other elements were discouraging. The restaurant opening days/hours are inconsistent with the all inclusive amenities offering; we could not visit the Steakhouse, as we were told that wait time was over an hour on 06/13, that we could return on 06/14; we returned on 06/14 and it was closed. “Sosúa by the Sea is a hidden gem. The staff was amazing and the hotel is well kept. The rooms are rustic and the amenities are very nice. This is not an all-inclusive hotel so please note that you will have pay for your food, drinks and room safe. The views are breathtaking. My husband and I will be back next year.”

“The room was dated but nice, all the staff was helpful and friendly, pools looked great and fun, beach was beautiful but short! I would have liked to see staff clean up previously occupied areas at the beach. Food in the buffet was very good. We got to try a couple of restaurants and they were decent. The grounds are beautiful and the fitness center was nice with lots of equipment!”
