“Wow! What a beautiful homestay tucked away in a private corner of Ninh Binh. The views and hospitable staff were amazing - they truly went above and beyond to make our time at the lotus field wonderful. At night, there were loud karaoke parties nearby that echoed across the cliffs that we weren’t expecting, and most of the bikes were in tough condition, but all and all 10/10 would recommend a stay here! ”

We had a wonderful time staying with Joan and his family. They were there to answer all our questions. The rooms were very clean and modern, the AC worked well, and it was spacious. He even offered us in room massage service for 200.000 vnd an hour - this was amazing !! Also the view from the balancing is AMAZING as advertised !

“조용하고 위치도 좋았고 주변 경관도 좋았다, 주인 어르신들은 항상 웃으면서 친절해서 좋았으나 아쉬운 점은 젊은 아들인지 직원인지 모르겠으나 웃는 얼굴을 보지 못하였고 친절하지도 않았다, 조식은 간단한 빵에 계란 후라이 그리고 간단한 과일후식 숙소가격에 비해 적당한 수준이었다고 생각함, 나에게 맞지않는 구성이라 주변 식당에 가서 먹어ㅏㅆ는데 맛있고 저렴해서 좋았다 ”
